If you’ve ever lived in a residence hall, you probably know what a resident advisor (RA) is, but what you might not know, is what roles they actually play on campus.

When you don’t add captions to your video, you make it difficult not just for the student trying to watch your video in a busy coffee shop, but also for someone in a quiet space such as a library, someone with a hearing loss or someone who struggles with understanding a speaker’s dialect. Weather permitting, Facilities Management Outdoor Services staff will be applying an organic dry poultry waste fertilizer to campus lawns between Wednesday, Sept. 21 and Friday, Sept. 30.

In order to accommodate construction for the new CASE building, the Euclid Autopark is scheduled to close for 14 weeks, from Oct. 10 through Jan. 13.

The 22nd annual Diversity and Inclusion Summit, "Building the Roadmap: I am Because We Are," will be held on campus Nov. 8-9. This year, the summit is hosting a "Building an Equitable Model Contest" open to SMµ÷½ÌËù Boulder students. The contest includes two $500 prizes.

Human Resources introduces Crucial Conversations, a two-day course that teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics.

The nomination process for the 2017 Regent Awards is now open. These awards include Honorary Degrees, University Medals and Distinguished Service Awards. The individuals who receive these awards are truly remarkable, and are honored at the Commencement ceremony in May each year.
