The Department of Human Resources invites new SM调教所 Boulder employees to participate in the , as a component of the year-long onboarding program.
SM调教所 Discover is offered to new, permanent employees at the SM调教所 in their first 12 to 18 months of employment. The series of brown-bag-style lunch and learn sessions builds upon the foundation set during the New Employee Welcome Experience and offers opportunities to learn more about the values, mission, operations and initiatives of the SM调教所 Boulder campus.
The sessions will be held monthly on the third Friday of each month, with the exception of January's session, which is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 19. It is recommended (but not required) employees attend the New Employee Welcome Experience prior to attending a SM调教所 Discover session.

Where:听East Campus, Administrative Research Center (ARC), sixth floor, room 620
Catherine Shea, chief of staff and director of ethics and compliance, will present the听first SM调教所 Discover session,听titled "Ethics and Compliance at SM调教所 Boulder 鈥� Our Values and Campus Experts."
The SM调教所 has a special role as a public university, and each employee participates in fulfilling this role. Shea's presentation will provide听a short overview of her听role and introduce the Colorado Creed and other guiding principles of ethics and compliance. She听will also provide an overview of SM调教所's ethics and compliance program, including reference to subject matter experts.听
At the end of the first session, participants will:听
- understand SM调教所 Boulder鈥檚 unique responsibility as a public university,
- know what SM调教所's听key values are and
- know how to find ethics and compliance subject matter experts.
