The equips SM调教所 Boulder undergraduate students from across many different majors to develop as leaders.

The program seeks students who are curious about what the academic research says about leadership and who want to practice leadership as a SM调教所 student. Through pursuing a minor in Leadership Studies, students learn new ways to think about leadership and discover their own leadership strengths. This includes learning skills such as leading project teams, managing conflict, speaking in public, and analyzing complex problems. Students in the program also gain knowledge about collaborative and inclusive leadership, ethical decision-making, and learn about issues of power and privilege.

The Leadership Studies Minor, which is housed in the School of Education, is available to SM调教所 Boulder students from all majors and colleges from across the university. The Leadership Studies Minor is also a program of SM调教所 Engage: Center for Community-Based Learning and Research, together in partnership with the Newton Chair for Leadership.

AMPLIFY is a production of SM调教所 Engage, the Center for Community-Based Learning and Research at SM调教所 Boulder, in partnership with community radio KGNU.
