Working Goal
Building on the momentum from the Be Heard pilot program and feedback from the most recent Employee Engagement Survey (2019/2020) our goal is to build support systems for A&S staff for training, professional development, and mentorship opportunities through a more systematic and streamlined onboarding and orientation process for new employees. Our goal is to build on existing programs, such as the Quick Start session, and identify best practices across departments and HR in order to best support our staff engagement and development鈥攚hile mitigating the effects of COVID restrictions and remote/virtual hiring, training, onboarding and engagement.
